Later in the day the three ambassadors attended a panel discussion organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
The outreach events in connection to the Washington Strategic Concept Seminar was part of a broader effort of NATO to increase the focus on the organisation's agenda. Many of the NATO Ambassadors attending the seminar in Washington participated in media appearances, think tank conversations, and university visits in cities all across the United States.
