Nuclear Capabilities in a Changing Security Environment

In the framework of the NATO-Russia Council Norway hosted a seminar on Nuclear Doctrine and Strategy in Oslo 8-10 November. In his opening statement State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Espen Barth Eide underlined that the main goal of the seminar is to strengthen the openness, transparency and dialogue in the field of nuclear policy.
